1. Health Navigator
To assist Hispanic patients in understanding the health care system or taking control of their healthcare needs. The Health Navigator program initiated in 2021 to help Hispanic families navigate the health care system. Our staff members help connect clients with appropriate medical services and coach them in self-care in order to improve their health outcomes. To learn more, click on the icon below.

2. Corazones Jovenes (Young Hearts, Senior Group)
To provide a safe environment and targeted activities, for Hispanic Seniors to improve their well-being. A group of seniors (“Corazones Jovenes”) meet weekly to share stories and experiences, engage in various activities, work on hand-crafter items, share favorite foods, plan field trips and request seminars. We are working on collaborative relationships with ADRC, Curative Connection, YWCA and funded in part through a donation from St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.

3. Insurance Consultation
To assist families with the ins and outs of Health Care Insurance As Casa ALBA has become a familiar place to many adults, they feel comfortable and trust the guidance that is given by a professional in the field. Elizabeth Kostichka is a license insurance broker and is on sigh every Monday and Tuesday to assist anyone who has questions about how to apply for insurance, social security benefits, retirement or disability and much more.

4. Youth Programming/Training
To facilitate youth groups, encourage sports participation, and better nutrition through the Green Bay Youth Sports Training Program. The Green Bay Youth Sports Training Program encourages more Hispanic youth to participate in athletics. The youth sports training program, started in 2013, offers an opportunity to Hispanic youth to try sports in a safe and fun environment. The group emphasizes better nutrition and training in multiple sports including running, soccer, basketball, and other sports.

5. Cultivating A Community
To provide fresh, local, and organic produce to Hispanic Families. Casa ALBA started a partnership with Wello during the covid-19 pandemic of 2020. The objective was to not only to provide local produce to families but to get them familiarize with local farmers and our local farmer's market.
